ar999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ar999 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ar999 online casino and sports betting services available at ar999.vu. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who interacts with the Platform in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using ar999.

ar999 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ar999 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own payment service provider.

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.
• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• ar999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where KYC verification has not been completed.
• Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

ar999 operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Any deposit that cannot be traced to a legitimate source may be refused. Where ar999 suspects financial irregularities, it reserves the right to freeze account balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. ar999 cooperates with relevant authorities in Bangladesh where required by law.

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonus offers or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on ar999.
• Creating duplicate accounts or registering using false, misleading or third-party identity information.
• Any attempt to conduct money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial crime through the ar999 platform.

ar999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a player has breached these Terms or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. Where an account is suspended, any pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending investigation. If a suspension is found to be unwarranted following investigation, ar999 will reinstate the account and process any held withdrawals promptly.

ar999 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by a prominent notice on the Platform. It is the player's responsibility to review updated Terms before continuing to use ar999. Continued use following the publication of any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
